Typical Haori jacket with truly special and precious fabric.

This fabric is a damask silk jacquard, typical of Japanese textile manufacturing for kimonos and haoris.

• Workmanship: The minute floral pattern is not printed, but woven directly into the fabric, creating a shiny/matte relief effect visible depending on how it reflects light. This specific Japanese decorative technique on figured silk is called rinzu.
• Fiber: It is natural fine-filament silk, recognizable by its discreet luster and soft but crisp feel.
• Color: A desaturated shade that ranges from antique rose, light burnt brown, and mauve.
